Manipur launches 10 Crores Addiction-Free Pledge campaign
Imphal, Aug. 3 -- Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh attended the inaugural ceremony of the 10 Crores Addiction-Free Pledge Mega Campaign at Pheidinga in Imphal. The event was held under the Nasha Mukta Bharat Abhiyaan and Mission SPANDAN (Spiritual Partnership Against Narcotic Drug Abuse).
It was organised by the Brahma Kumaris, Manipur, in collaboration with its Medical Wing (Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation).
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has envisioned Viksit Bharat 2047 to make India a leading developed nation. He said achieving this vision requires the country's youth to remain completely free from drugs.
