Imphal, Sept. 23 -- Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Tuesday inaugurated development projects worth approximately Rs 32 crore in the Keirao Assembly constituency of Imphal East district.

The projects include a new sports gallery, an Ima Market, a working women's hostel and two reinforced cement concrete (RCC) bridges. The inauguration ceremony was held at Arapati Lilong Mapal Kangjeibung in Keirao.

Speaking at the event, Khemchand said the projects were aimed at improving connectivity, supporting the local economy, providing facilities for working women and promoting sports in the area.
