Imphal, Nov. 3 -- A woman Sub-Inspector of the Manipur Police has received the prestigious Kendriya Grihmantri Dakshata Padak 2026, becoming the only personnel from the state to earn the national recognition in the category of criminal investigation this year.

Dr. Asem Satyapati Devi, who is currently serving at Lilong Police Station in Thoubal district, is among 123 police personnel from across the country selected by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs for their exceptional professional skills and significant contributions to criminal investigations.
