Manipur: Wanted RPF-PLA leader held in Goa, two others arrested

Imphal: Security forces and Manipur Police have arrested several alleged extortion operatives linked to proscribed insurgent organisations during a series of coordinated operations conducted across the state over the past 36 hours.
According to police, the crackdown targeted members of the Kangleipak Communist Party-People's War Group (KCP-PWG), the People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK), and the Revolutionary People's Front/People's Liberation Army (RPF/PLA).
