Imphal, Aug. 1 -- Manipur Police recovered a stolen vehicle and several mobile phones, while security forces arrested suspected militant cadres in separate operations carried out across the state, officials said on Saturday.

Manipur Police intercepted a stolen Maruti Jimny (AR-01T-5409) at the Senapati Police Drop Gate near the Nagaland border on July 31 after receiving inputs from Khuzama Police Station. The driver and the vehicle were handed over to a Khuzama Police team for further legal action.

In a separate operation, Senapati district police recovered five stolen mobile phones and returned them to their rightful owners at Senapati Police Station on Friday.
