Imphal, Sept. 13 -- The Manipur government on Saturday continued providing financial assistance and healthcare services to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Senapati and Churachandpur districts, according to an official statement.

In Senapati, the District Health Society, led by Chief Medical Officer Sumpi Percy, organised a health awareness programme and free medical camp at the Emesiiphro Community Hall.

Nodal Officer Losica said 62 people underwent routine health check-ups during the camp. Health conditions identified among the beneficiaries included upper respiratory tract infections, viral illnesses, dietary and sleep-related disorders, and hypertension.
