Imphal, Sept. 25 -- The Khanuithot-Khon, a Tangkhul Naga youth organization, has announced a boycott of Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh's scheduled visit to Ukhrul on September 28.

Citing persistent security concerns and the recent killing of four Nagas in Naga-inhabited areas, the group rejected the visit unless concrete measures are implemented to guarantee community safety.

The Chief Minister is slated to attend a Public Service Delivery Camp involving multiple government departments, for which local administrative preparations are already underway.
