Imphal, Oct. 23 -- The Naga Students' Union Delhi (NSUD) has submitted a nine-point charter of demands to the Central and Manipur governments.

It has called for an independent, time-bound National Investigation Agency (NIA) probe into violence against Naga civilians in Manipur since 2023.

At a press conference at the Press Club of India, the union demanded an immediate and comprehensive review of the Suspension of Operations (SoO) pact with Kuki armed groups. It also called for the pact to be terminated if the groups were found to have violated its ground rules.
