Imphal, Sept. 24 -- The Manipur government is accelerating the implementation of the Manipur Infotech Enabled Development (MIND) Project, a $57.5 million initiative aimed at expanding digital infrastructure, strengthening e-governance and creating technology-driven employment opportunities.

The project is supported by a $46 million International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) loan from the World Bank, approved in July 2023, and is being implemented through Cyber Corporation Manipur Limited (CCML).
