Imphal, April 22 -- Security forces arrested five insurgents in a series of coordinated operations across Manipur's border districts over the past 36 hours, while also recovering a cache of arms and war-like stores, officials said on Wednesday.

The operations were carried out by Manipur Police in coordination with central forces, including the Border Security Force (BSF), in the general area of T. Bongmol under Moreh police station in Tengnoupal district, along the Indo-Myanmar border.
