Imphal, Oct. 6 -- Manipur Deputy Chief Minister Nemcha Kipgen on Tuesday presented certificates to trainees who completed a skill development programme organised by The Art of Living.

The programme, sponsored by Kipgen, provided vocational training in areas including tailoring and mobile phone repair to local youth, with the stated aim of promoting self-reliance.

Addressing the certificate distribution ceremony at the Office of the Deputy Chief Minister, Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council (ADC), Kipgen stressed the importance of sustainability, self-empowerment and continuous learning for young people.
