New Delhi, May 25 -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met India's National Security Advisor Ajit Doval on Sunday.

The discussions focused on defence, security and strategic technology cooperation between the two countries.

The conversations also covered the TRUST initiative and reaffirmed the importance of the India-US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.

Both leaders also exchanged views on key regional and global developments during the meeting .
