New Delhi, March 8 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a large gathering after inaugurating and laying the foundation stone for development projects in Delhi. He began his address by wishing the nation's women a Happy International Women's Day.

Prime Minister Modi praised the development work of Delhi's double-engine government. He said that development in the capital has gained new momentum and infrastructure is rapidly strengthening. The Prime Minister also took a dig at the previous Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi.
