New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- India launched a scathing attack at Pakistan for financing, training and sheltering terrorists on its soil and accused the country of protraying itself as a victim. Speaking at the UN, First Secretary Raghoo Puri underscored that terrorism can't be defeated by declarations but needs action against perpetrators, financiers and sponsors.

Puri was delivering Right of Reply in response to Pakistan representative's statement in the sixth committee on the Agenda Item: Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism. He further said that announcing a higher reward for UN-listed Masood Azhar, JeM chief and mastermind of attacks on India is an eyewash.
