New Delhi, April 3 -- A Russian Parliamentary Delegation led by H.E. Mr. Vladimir Yakushev, First Deputy Chairperson, Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation called on Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in Parliament House, today.
