IMD Issues Yellow Alert For Heatwave Conditions In Delhi For Next Three Days
New Delhi, May 19 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for heat wave conditions in the national capital Delhi for the next 3 days. According to IMD, isolated places in the city are likely to reel under intense heat during the day.
According to the Met Department, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be around 43 to 45 degrees Celsius today, while the minimum temperature is likely to hover near 28 degrees Celsius. In the past 24 hours, the maximum temperatures in the national capital were in the range of 43-45 degrees while the minimum temperatures were in the range of around 27 degrees Celsius.
