New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- The Government of India will undertake Special Campaign 6.0 from 2 October to 31 October 2026, with emphasis on Swachhata (cleanliness) and reduction of pendency in government activities. The campaign will also focus on effective management of records, efficient utilisation of office space and scientific disposal of e-waste generated in government offices.

The annual campaign aims to institutionalise cleanliness practices in government offices and ensure time-bound disposal of pending references. A key area of emphasis during Special Campaign 6.0 will be the effective collection, segregation and scientific disposal of e-waste.
