New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- External Affairs Minister joined his Singaporean counterpart Vivian Bala in laying the foundation stone of the new Chancery complex of High Commission of India on Wednesday.

In a post on social media, Dr. Jaishankar expressed confidence that this complex will reflect the new era of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and further strengthen services for the Indian diaspora.
