New Delhi, March 19 -- Indian airlines are gradually restoring services to conflict-affected parts of West Asia, with Air India, Air India Express, and IndiGo on Wednesday announcing the resumption of flights to Dubai, while services to several other destinations in the region remain suspended.

Air India and Air India Express will operate a total of 48 scheduled and non-scheduled flights to and from West Asia today, including 16 scheduled and 32 non-scheduled services. Akasa Air said it would progressively restore select flights in the region after conducting safety assessments and reviewing the prevailing situation.
