New Delhi, Aug. 29 -- Sion East in Mumbai is an old-school, green, self-contained neighbourhood, and home to the headquarters of Kavv Foods Pvt. Ltd, the parent company of NOTO ice cream, founded by Varun Sheth and Ashni Shah. A large, creaky elevator deposits me in the lobby of their modern office, housed in Champaklal Industrial Estate, a 1970s-style corporate building with a weathered concrete facade.
