New Delhi, Oct. 2 -- Surya Narayan Panigrahi has taken charge as Executive Director (HR) of NTPC Ltd. He earlier served as Executive Director (HR)-cum-Regional Head of HR for NTPC's Northern and Southern Regions.
Panigrahi has over 36 years of experience with NTPC, handling recruitment, training, industrial relations, employee welfare, administration, security, CSR and HR digitalisation.
He has served at major NTPC establishments, including Talcher Kaniha, Vindhyachal, Jhajjar, Tanda and the Corporate Centre. He played a key role in implementing PeopleSoft HRMS and SAP ERP systems and developing integrated security systems.
