Chandigarh, Nov. 6 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday challenged Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to visit Haryana and face questions from the BJP Yuva Morcha (BJYM) president in response to his debate challenge.

Offering to arrange the venue, Saini said allegations could not be made without facing questions. He also asked the Congress to approach the Chief Election Commissioner or courts if it had complaints about the electoral process, instead of raising claims of vote theft.

Interacting with mediapersons at Haryana Niwas, Saini accused the Congress of misleading people and said the Election Commission had provided a procedure for filing objections to electoral rolls. He also criticised the previous Congress government over "delays" in pension payments and alleged corruption in welfare schemes.
