NBCC reports 33.19% rise in FY26 consolidated PAT at its 66th AGM

New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- NBCC (India) Ltd held its 66th Annual General Meeting, chaired by Chairman & Managing Director Dr. K P Mahadevaswamy.

The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 13,195.89 crore in FY 2025-26, up 7.52 per cent, while consolidated PAT rose 33.19 per cent to Rs 742.45 crore.

Standalone total income stood at Rs 10,055.45 crore and PAT at Rs 703.29 crore, up 47.72 per cent.

NBCC secured business worth Rs 18,780 crore, with its consolidated order

book at Rs 1,27,820 crore as on March 31, 2026. It declared its highest-ever dividend of Rs 270 crore (@100 per cent).

In Amrapali projects, NBCC is executing 38,000 residential units worth Rs 8,598 crore, with more than 32,550 homes completed.
