Raebareli, Oct. 9 -- Modern Coach Factory (MCF), Raebareli, is organising an Inter-Shop Competition to promote cleanliness, workplace organisation, safety and excellence. The initiative aims to strengthen 5S practices, improve waste management and enhance efficiency.
Participating shops will be assessed on cleanliness, systematic tool arrangement, disposal of unwanted materials, drainage, scrap management and office hygiene. The competition will also promote "Waste to Wealth" by encouraging the reuse of discarded materials.
Other parameters include proper record maintenance, floor hygiene, dust control and use of colour-coded waste bins to improve discipline and resource utilisation.
A nominated Assessment Committee will inspect the shops on 15 October 2026. The best-performing shop will receive the "Best Shop Award" and a certificate of appreciation.
The initiative reflects MCF Raebareli's commitment to embedding cleanliness in daily operations, creating safer workplaces and encouraging healthy competition and continuous improvement in productivity.
