New Delh, Sept. 24 -- L&T has completed one of its largest modular fabrication assignments for Australia, building and shipping 110 process and pipe-rack modules weighing nearly 64,000 MT under Project CERES over 36 months.
The company built the modules for Australia's largest urea manufacturing plant, with a capacity of 2.3 MTPA, at its Kattupalli Fabrication Facility near Chennai. The modules were shipped to Australia across 23 voyages.
The project demonstrates India's capability to engineer, fabricate and export mega-scale industrial assets for global projects, highlighting the potential of Indian engineering and manufacturing in delivering complex infrastructure overseas.
