Jamshedpur, Sept. 24 -- Jharkhand minister Dipika Pandey Singh's daughter Trisha was among four people killed when their car rammed into a stationary truck on Marine Drive Road in Jamshedpur early Thursday, police said.
The other victims were identified as Sarthak Agarwal, Naman Gupta and Vanshika Khandelwal. All four occupants died on the spot, police said.
The truck was parked near the divider after apparently breaking down, with no reflector or warning signage visible, officials said. The car was badly mangled in the collision.
Trisha's mortal remains were brought to Ranchi after post-mortem at MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur. Chief Minister Hemant Soren and several political leaders offered condolences.
