
New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) held its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing, with Chairman & Managing Director Sanjay Kulshrestha highlighting its strongest-ever operational and financial performance in financial year 2025-26.
HUDCO recorded record loan sanctions of Rs 1,64,758 crore, up 29 per cent, while disbursements rose 28 per cent to Rs 51,194 crore.
Its loan book grew to Rs 1,60,724 crore, while total income increased 29 per cent to Rs 13,327 crore and net profit rose nearly 49 per cent to a record Rs 4,034 crore.
Net worth stood at Rs 21,977 crore, with Gross NPA at 1.04 per cent and Net NPA at 0.05 per cent. The Board recommended a record dividend of Rs 6.05 per equity share, totalling Rs 1,211.15 crore.
Kulshrestha said HUDCO will support sustainable, resilient and inclusive urban development.
