New Delhi, Sept. 7 -- Bank of India (BoI) celebrated its 121st Foundation Day on Monday, marking over 12 decades of service and contribution to India's economic

growth.

Established in 1906 with a single branch and a small team, Bank of India has grown into a leading public sector bank with a global presence.

It now has around 37,000 customer touchpoints and more than 52,000 employees, serving customers across cities and remote villages.

The bank has also achieved key business milestones.

Its total global business crossed Rs 17.50 lakh crore in April-June quarter of FY27, while annual net profit exceeded Rs 10,000 crore in FY26.
