
New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday said exports from BRICS countries have risen from about $900 billion in 2003 to $6 trillion in 2024, reflecting the scale of its market & potential.
Speaking at the BRICS Business Forum here, Goyal said the share of BRICS nations in global exports has nearly doubled to 24 %.
He said the largest-ever BRICS Business Forum addressed non-tariff barriers affecting global value chains, agriculture and agri-tech, services trade, women-led enterprises and the digital economy.
