Singapore rolls out passport-scanning arrival card on mobile app from Sept 30
SINGAPORE, Sept. 17 -- Travellers entering Singapore from Sept 30 will be able to complete the enhanced Singapore Arrival Card directly through the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority's (ICA) mobile app, the authority announced.
The enhanced digital declaration, which allows travellers to auto-fill information by scanning their passports and offers expanded language options, has previously been accessible only via the ICA website.
In a statement on its official Facebook page yesterday, the authority reminded travellers to update their MyICA mobile app to the latest version before submitting arrival cards from Sept 30 onwards.
