PUTRAJAYA, July 2 -- The Home Ministry's MyNIISe application has recorded more than 19.48 million QR transactions at the Sultan Iskandar Building (BSI) and Sultan Abu Bakar Complex (KSAB, Johor) as of June 28, 2026, said Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

He said the app, which facilitates faster immigration clearance, has been downloaded 2.4 million times, with 1.27 million registered users.

"The growing use of digital lanes has eased congestion at the country's two main entry points," he said in a statement.

Saifuddin added that the initiative has also been extended to five major airports nationwide, where 5.59 million transactions have been recorded.
