KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 30 -- After more than a decade away from the stage and several previously cancelled plans for a revival, Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical (PGL) is finally making its return.

The musical, based on the 2004 hit film of the same name and the famous Malay folklore, will be staged at the Jeffrey Cheah Performance Arts Centre (JCPAC) from October 31 to November 15, with 19 performances scheduled.

With all 23,000 tickets snapped up within two hours of going on sale, Enfiniti Productions founder Puan Seri Tiara Jacquelina recently met the media to share what audiences can expect from the revival.
