IPOH, Sept. 7 -- More than 1,000 homes priced from RM170,000 are coming to Meru, Perak in a development that could give fresh momentum to the growing township on the outskirts of Ipoh.

Maju Teluk Batik Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Setia Awan Group, has launched the 1,084-unit Residensi Jati De Meru Phase 1B, with the freehold project expected to be completed by 2029 and handed over by 2030, The Star reported today.
