Malaysian F1 fan walks nearly 10km from Sepang circuit to Mitsui outlet - and lives to tell the tale (VIDEO)
SEPANG, Oct. 3 -- Malaysian F1 fans have waited years for engines to roar at Sepang again, but one of them found that getting home was the real endurance race.
Malaysian comedian Gajen Nad took to Instagram to share his experience of walking nearly 10km from the Sepang International Circuit to Mitsui Outlet Park yesterday, after the second practice session (FP2) of the Bahrain Grand Prix, which Malaysia is hosting.
He documented the trek in an Instagram Story, starting at 6.25pm and arriving at 8.05pm.
His reason was simple: the queue for the shuttle buses was so long that walking looked like the faster option.
He joked that the sea of people at 6.10pm looked like a "zombie herd" from the film Train to Busan.
