KUALA LUMPUR, Sept. 28 -- Motorists are advised to plan ahead as major roads in the city centre and several highways will be closed this weekend for the Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon 2026.

On Saturday, eleven roads will close from 5.00am to 10.00am for the IHH 10KM and 5KM races. They include Jalan Raja, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Dang Wangi, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Jalan Ampang, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan P. Ramlee, Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Kuching, Jalan Kinabalu and Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin.

Closures on Sunday, October 4, for the full and half marathon are far more extensive, covering 30 road segments.
