KUALA TERENGGANU, May 20 -- An 18-year-old was killed while two others were injured in a horrific two-vehicle crash here yesterday, according to Sinar Harian.

Front passenger of the van, Wah Han Keong, was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering severe injuries in the incident, which occurred at about 3.36pm.

Kuala Terengganu police chief Assistant Commissioner Azli Mohd Noor said police received information on the crash at 4.12pm.

The Malay daily reported that Initial investigations found the crash involved a Volkswagen Golf GTI driven by a 43-year-old man and a Nissan Vanette.
