KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 2 -- The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will suspend all of its services offered through the MYEG Group from October 5, citing contractual obligations that remain unfulfilled or unresolved.

In a statement today, JPJ said the suspension covers My E.G. Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Berhad, which act as collection agents on behalf of the department, and will take effect at 12.01am on Sunday.

"The decision was made after taking into account compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the agreement, as well as obligations that have yet to be fulfilled or resolved by the companies concerned," JPJ said.

As a result, all JPJ services currently available through MYEG Group channels will be suspended from October 5.
