GEORGE TOWN, July 3 -- The High Court here has scheduled eight trial dates in October for four men charged with the murder of teenager T Nhaveen nine years ago.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Amril Johari confirmed that Judge Radzi Abdul Hamid will preside over the trial from October 7 to 9, and again from October 12 to 16.

A case mention has been set for July 13, following proceedings conducted via Zoom today, Free Malaysia Today reported.

The case centres on the death of 18-year-old Nhaveen, who succumbed to severe head injuries on June 15, 2017.
