KUALA LUMPUR, Sept. 13 -- Former minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom is reportedly set to be charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court tomorrow in connection with an investigation into Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) arising from a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI).

According to Bernama, the court system showed that Jamil Khir is scheduled to appear before Sessions Court judge Rosli Ahmad at 9am.

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Datuk Seri Abd Halim Aman reportedly said on Thursday that the commission had recommended three charges against the former minister under Section 403 of the Penal Code for dishonest misappropriation of property.
