SEPANG, Oct. 6 -- The KLIA Aerotrain will be paused from 12am to 5am during two rounds of software works in October and November, with buses taking over transfers between the Main Terminal and Satellite Building.

The first phase, field testing from October 8 to 17, will see the update installed and tested under actual operating conditions.

The results will then undergo an independent safety assessment.

Subject to the assessments, the update will be permanently rolled out from November 28 to December 1.

KLIA said a full bussing service would run throughout the works as part of its operational contingency arrangements.
