KUALA LUMPUR, June 2 -- A 50-year-old man has been arrested less than six hours after he allegedly sprayed a couple with a pepper spray-like substance in Seremban 2 yesterday.

According to Kosmo! Online, Seremban district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Yatim Osman said the suspect was detained at about 11.45pm in front of his home in Seremban following a report lodged by the 49-year-old female victim.

He said the incident occurred at about 6pm when the victim and her husband were travelling in a Perodua Bezza and noticed a Honda Accord tailing them.

The suspect's vehicle then allegedly overtook and blocked their path before the driver exited the car and attempted to provoke the couple.
