KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 -- BTS member V has asked fans to refrain from gathering outside the group's hotel accommodations during their ongoing tour, saying the practice affects his rest and wellbeing.

According to kbizoom.com, V shared the message on July 1 via a fan communication platform, expressing gratitude for fan support but requesting greater privacy around where the members are staying.

"I'm truly grateful for everyone who comes to support us, but if possible, I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't come all the way to the hotel," he wrote.
