Jammu, Sept. 9 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 09 (KNS): Security forces on Wednesday arrested an ex-terrorist, who was operating as a hybrid operative, busted a module of the banned Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) in Handwara area of north Kashmir, police said. Acting on specific intelligence inputs about the activities of a former terrorist now working as a hybrid militant, Handwara Police, along with 21 Rashtriya Rifles and 92 Battalion of CRPF, launched a joint cordon-and-search operation at a identified location in Handwara town, a police spokesperson said.
