Acting on specific intelligence inputs about the activities of a former terrorist now working as a hybrid militant, Handwara Police, along with 21 Rashtriya Rifles and 92 Battalion of CRPF, launched a joint cordon-and-search operation at a identified location in Handwara town, a police spokesperson said.
