ALIGARH, Oct. 11 -- ALIGARH: Prof. Shaheen, Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has been appointed Chairperson of the department for a period of three years, with effect from October 10, 2026.
Prof. Shaheen has over 26 years of teaching experience and has been serving as a Professor since May 2016. She is also In-charge of the Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART) Unit and Convener and Nodal Officer of the ART Unit and Training Centre project sanctioned by the Government of India.
