India, Sept. 5 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said India's 7.8 percent quarterly growth amid global uncertainty reflects its economic strength. He said India has come a long way, from policy paralysis to policy dynamism. Addressing the gathering at the centenary celebrations of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in New Delhi, Mr Modi said the world is watching India become the fastest growing major economy.
