India, May 5 -- IRCON International Limited, a leading Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Railways, celebrated on 28th April its 50th Foundation Day at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, commemorating five decades of contribution to India's railway and infrastructure development and reaffirming its commitment to nation-building through engineering excellence.
