Bathinda, July 6 -- Bathinda : Central University of Punjab (CU Punjab), Bathinda, has earned national recognition for its research excellence by securing the 119th position among Indian academic institutions in the Nature Index Institution Rankings 2026. The University recorded nine research articles with a Share score of 1.78, reflecting the growing quality and global impact of its research.
The Nature Index assesses institutions based on research publications in leading international journals across the natural sciences, health sciences, applied sciences, and social sciences.
