India, April 30 -- Cape Breton University (CBU), one of Canada's leading public universities, and School of Engineering and Technology, BML Munjal University (BMU), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to build a structured pathway for cross-border learning, research, and skills development.

The partnership marks the beginning of a five-year collaboration, promising academic exchange beyond conventional education.
