RANCHI, July 4 -- Jharkhand finance minister Radhakrishna Kishore on Friday said he had returned his official security cover and vehicles, expressing displeasure over the police department's failure to act on his request for an additional vehicle. Kishore, who also holds the parliamentary affairs portfolio, said he had been provided 16 security personnel and three vehicles for their movement. "Accommodating 16 policemen in three vehicles is not practical and is not good from a security point of view during any crisis. So, I had requested either that the number of security personnel be reduced or an additional vehicle be provided," he told reporters.
